Sheila Paitsel began her job as Special Education Director in West Virginia in 2021. Prior to becoming the Special Education Director in West Virginia, Sheila served as West Virginia Federal Compliance Director.
Sheila believes the best part about leading special education in West Virginia is building a highly skilled team that is dedicated to providing a support system that will allow each student the opportunity to reach their full potential.
